Standard Abrasives Unitized Wheels
Used for tough deburring, blending, finishing and polishing on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Unitized Wheels are bi-directional and can be mounted on a tool or pedestal grinder without regard to the spindle rotation direction.
Rapid Blend - Unitized Wheels
Unitised wheels are made from compressed and bonded layers of non-woven abrasive. Applications include deburring, cleaning composites, and sharp edge removal.
Unitised wheels produce excellent finishes on nearly all surfaces, although are ideally suited for use on harder materials such as titanium or stainless steel.
