3M Deburring Station
The Scotch-Brite Wheel Deburring Station is a fast efficient way of removing burrs from machined or punched components. The station can be placed close to the machining centre to allow deburring during machine cycle time.
The Scotch-Brite Wheel Deburring Station comprises of a heavy duty Sealey bench grinder, designed for intermittent use. 240 volt, 1⁄2 hp motor, 2850 rpm. Mounted with two Scotch-Brite wheels.
DB-WL 7SFN - For light to medium burrs.
DB-WL 9SFN - For heavier burrs, this product performs well on stainless steel and other hard to machine metals.
Scotch-Brite Wheels will not undercut components or change critical tolerances. They do not create a secondary burr.
