TPI 9080-PRO Vibration Analyser with Trending Software
The VibMeter 9080-PRO is a simple to use vibration analyser with PC based trending software. Results of the analysis are easy to understand with colour coded alarm screens. Exception warnings can be automatically e-mailed to designated people.
Overall vibration values with colour coded alarm levels for ISO values, bearing condition and machine fault diagnosis
High resolution zoom-able vibration spectrum display with fully dynamic cursor displaying frequency and amplitude values Frequency band alarms based on run speed (RS) can be used to diagnose machine faults due to unbalance (1x RS), misalignment (2x RS) and looseness (3x RS)

SKF Machine Condition Indicator
The SKF Machine Condition Indicator (MCI) is an economical single axis vibration monitor which can be stud or glue mounted
Suitable for permanent monitoring of semi-critical machinery in plants with constant operating conditions & speeds from 900 – 3600 rpm
The MCI measures:
Velocity for overall machine health (misalignment, imbalance etc)
Enveloped Acceleration to detect bearing degradation
Checks surface temperature
The MCI has also built-in intelligence to avoid false alarming
