Model 5 production torque wrenches
The model 5 is a unique torque wrench that offers high accuracy and the convenience of interchangeable 1⁄4in hexagon bits. Accuracy better than ±3% of full scale exceeding all torque wrench standards. The model 5 is non length dependant maintaining accuracy regardless of hand position. Supplied in a plastic case. You must specify torque settings required and certificate required.

Developed specifically for the requirements of production line work. These models have no adjustment scale and must be pre-set against an electronic torque wrench analyser or similar instrument. Hexagon key setting prevents unauthorised adjustment. All models feature a colour coded end cap seal to identify wrenches outside their calibration period.

Use:
• Controlled screw tightening in the range 6 - 3000 N·m
• For use in almost all industrial manufacturing areas
Features:
• Classified to DIN EN ISO 6789:2003 Type II Class A, with a factory certificate. Working accuracy: +/- 3 % tolerance of scale set torque. The specification of the standard (+/- 4 %) is exceeded.
• Automatic short-path actuation with tactile impulse and audible signal
• Dual scale (except for type E-F) with corresponding scale graduation (see table)
• Type B, BC, C with push-button release

Fixed head torque wrenches
This range of fixed head torque wrenches completes the range with a torque range of 1Nm to 300Nm capability. The 20Nm and 50Nm models have a 3⁄8” square drive with the 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 models have 1⁄2” square drive. Each wrench has both Nm and lbf.ft scales.
