Torque Wrenches
Breaking Torque Handle
Dial Indicating Torque Wrench
TBN breaking torque handles 1⁄4” square drive
These breaking torque handles utilise a 20 degree breaking action that reduces the possibility of overtightening by clearly indicating to the operator when the preset torque has been reached. A removable collar allows a 90 degree break angle further reducing the possibility of overtightening. These bi-directional tools are designed to operate in any environment from the toughest production line to the most delicate electronics assembly areas. Fitted with a 1⁄4 in square drive ratchet
to take nut sockets in a wide range of low torque applications, and designed and manufactured to meet or exceed the requiements of ISO 6789:2003. Repeatability is +/- 6% of setting, and each wrench is supplied with a certificate of calibration and manufacturers 2 year warranty. Torque handles are ESD compliant.
Dial indicating torque wrench
Robustly constructed for the precise application and measurement of torque values. Easy to read SI and imperial two-tone dual scale with clearly visible main and slave pointers. Double ended spindle ratchet mechanism on all models allowing torque to be measured in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions except model 24-7877 which has a non-ratcheting spindle. All models are accurate to ±4% of reading
and have overload protection. Each tool is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate. The preferred and certified ranges of these tools is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 6789:1992 and BS 6703. Models 24-7875, 24-7869 and 24- 7877 have an audio visual signal that shows when the required torque is reached.
