Manufactured to exacting standards these spanners are for particularly high loadings, e.g. stainless steel screw fittings. Full use of jaws in conjunction with standard ratchets. (Supplied without ratchet). The plating process prevents ‘chrome flake’, a common problem found. Firstly the spanners are nickel plated, and then chrome plated. This gives the tool it’s distinctive ‘matte’ look, which is intentional and it also makes the tool much easier to grip in oily environments.
Caution! Using a crows foot on a torque wrench requires you to make an adjustment to your torque setting. Please contact Stahlwille for technical advice if unsure.
