3/8” Square drive A/F hex sockets
Manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, with a high chrome finish to ISO 2725-1 - DIN 3124 - ISO 1174-1
- ISO 1711-1 - ISO 691. The sockets feature an OGV profile, meaning tightening torque is applied to the sides rather than to the angles of the nut.
3/8” drive bi-hex sockets AF
Facom Sockets with an OGV profile use a succession of curves instead of the flats found in conventional sockets. This results in the torque being transmitted through the fastener flats instead of the corners therefore eliminating stress in the fastener corner. Sockets are available in standard or long lengths as well as in metric or imperial sizes.
