Variable angle magnetic welding clamp
Variable angle welding clamps hold 2 pieces of steel securely at any angle between 45 and 90 degrees so that they can be welded together.
The solid and robust magnetic clamp that has two magnetic faces which can be adjusted between 45 and 90 degrees and then locked in position to form a jig for producing further parts at the same angle.
These weld clamp magnets are an invaluable ‘third hand’, making large fabrications easier, quicker and more accurate.
Magnetic 90° fixed clamps
Two magnetic faces in a rigid 90° angle for jigging on sheets, pipes and tubes. Both arms of the clamp contain powerful ferrite magnets.
Large sized clamp is equipped with 2 cam levers to assist removal from the workpiece.
Fitted in non-magnetic casing to minimise stray magnetic fields and reduce the possibility of attracting weld spatter
Angular tolerance ±0.05/100mm.
Uses and applications
The Eclipse E971, E972 and E973 fixed 90° clamps provide a fast and cost effective means of clamping components rigid at 90° angles during fabrication, assembly and weld applications.

Fixed multi angle welding clamp
Designed for fast accurate holding of ferrous sheets and tubes for welding and assembly work.
Contains powerful ferrite magnetic materials.
The clamp is variable from 25 to 280 degrees enabling any angle setting within this range.
Main angle 90, 60, 45 and 30 degrees marked for quick reference. All edges are magnetic.
Maximum operating temperature up to 120°C.

The Eclipse E952 provides the user with the means to clamp components during welding, fabrication and assembly applications.

Magnetic adjustable links
The adjustable magnetic link can be supplied as a twin unit with a multi-angle capacity.
Both units can be independently and quickly locked in place at any angle by turning the M6 thread wingnuts provided.
The 920SU and 920 (3 magnetic faces) will operate up to temperatures of 100°C The adjustable magnetic link can be set at any angle to allow workpieces to be held in the most complex positions.

Ideal for use where space is restricted.
Maximum pull figures are typical values. These will be achieved with smooth, mild steel, workpieces of adequate thickness where contact faces are intimate and clean.

The slim magnetic clamp that has six magnetic faces at various angles to each other. These are relatively inexpensive, making them ideal for using several to hold a complete fabrication together as a dry run before welding.

Magnetic quick clamp
The Eclipse magnetic quick clamps are designed to facilitate fast and accurate holding of ferrous metals.
The clamps contain powerful ferrite magnetic materials.
Both E951 and E953 will hold both metal sheets and tubes at angles of 180, 90, 75, 60, 45 and 30 degrees.
The magnetic pull on E951 can be increased to 25kg if the painted edges are linished or ground smooth and parallel.
All clamping angles are marked for easy reference.
Uses and applications
The Eclipse E951 and E953 provides rapid clamping of ferrous components for welding and fabrications applications.
Quick clamps are also suitable for retrieval applications.
