Flap Wheels
Flap wheels are modern, cost effective surface finishing tools suitable for grinding and polishing on flat and contoured surfaces when working on metals, wood, rubber and plastics. The flap wheel design is such
that as they wear, new abrasive is exposed. This prevents clogging and gives a uniform, constant finish throughout the wheels life. They are easy to use and control and will not dig into the workpiece. The high quality abrasive cloth is secured to the centre with epoxy resin giving durability.
Shaft mounted
For use in portable electric or air tools such as hand drills and die grinders. Size indicates diameter x width. 30mm diameter wheels have 3mm shank, all others have 6mm.
Spirabands
Premium quality aluminium oxide flexible cloth. Resin bonded for improved grit retention and resistance to clogging. Ideal for working rough edges of cut sheet material and plate. Smooths out saw of flame-cut roughness and chamfer edges.
