Scovax abrasive emulsion
An emulsion of abrasive and adhesive used for the dressing of felt bobs. Scovax dries rapidly, a single layer can be applied by brush and is ready for use in 30 minutes. Used for heavy stock removal without flaking. Heavy dressings require a number of layers to be applied.
Steel arbor
For use with 4in polishing mops and felt cones in portable power tools and chucks. Overall length 70mm (23⁄4in), shank length 38mm (11⁄2in), shank diameter 6mm (1/4in).

Cratex Polishing Kits
Cratex Rubber-bonded Abrasives are used in a
widely diversified list of industries, on production and assembly lines and in finishing operations. They are excellent for cleaning and polishing metal surfaces, for breaking edges, smoothing away high spots, removing rust, heat marks, tarnish and stains.

Diamond Lapping Compound
Close graded diamond powder suspended in a viscous bonding ensures even distribution of diamond particles and ease of application. Colour coded and supplied in clearly graduated 5gm plastic syringes. Grade indicates the mean diamond particle size in microns and in brackets the diamond concentration - higher figure more diamonds per gram.

Polishing compositions
High quality compositions for rapid polishing and fine bright finishing operations
Lustre
A high quality Tripoli composition that combines fineness of finish with rapid working in the polishing
of all non-ferrous metals and plastics. After polishing, articles are easily cleaned prior to plating or lacquering. Hyfin
An excellent composition for the final polishing of stainless steel.
Steelcut
A fast cutting composition for a bright finish on steel and stainless steel as well as the initial abrasive finishing of non-ferrous metals.
Vonax
Primarily for polyester and nitro-cellulose lacquers, it is also a good general purpose composition for producing a high gloss on most plastics.
Carbrax
A high quality fast cutting composition containing iron free abrasives. It will polish steel and stainless steel as well as being suitable for the initial abrasive finishing of non-ferrous metals. It should be used with stapol mops and buffs.
CG composition
A high quality Tripoli composition that is very clean in use on all non-ferrous metals.
1487 composition
An excellent cut and colour composition especially on stainless steel. Can also be used on non-ferrous metals with stitched or calico mops.
Silicone carbide grease valve grinding compound
For fast cutting materials of low tensile strength, hardened steels, cast iron, brass, copper, aluminium, glass, porcelain, marble, and granite, where lapping is done by a rolling, sliding action.
Flexible Polisher
The polisher is impregnated throughout with sharp abrasive grain. It is recommended for cleaning and polishing on iron, steel, aluminium, plastics, ceramics, paintwork etc. For a finer result the polisher can be used with water, washing-up liquid, white spirit and paraffin. Used in industry by sheetmetal workers, stainless steel fabricators, metal finishers, moulders and metalware manufacturers. Each polishing block measures 80 x 50 x 20mm.
Mixed box contains 18 blocks, 3 x fine, 6 x medium, 6 x coarse, 3 x extra coarse.
