Producing a character with similar nose formation to the Ministress but with the added benefit of impressing the character in a dot formation. This provides even greater reduced stress levels and enhanced fatigue properties.

Precision made steel type produces uniform impressions for all batch and general purpose marking. Sets supplied with holders for hand/hammer use. Equally suitable for machine use. Each set contains 100 characters and spaces according to common usage.

Each set contains 100 characters and spaces according to common usage. Designed to provide accurate type location and positive locking combined with ease of use and durability. Type is secured in place by means of a grub screw (hexagon key supplied). Holders for the large type sizes of 6mm (1⁄4’) and 10mm (3⁄8’) are designed with a spring clip for added safety.

These punches have been engineered specifically for applications where it is important that lower stress levels are introduced into the marked component. Of particular use in the oil, aircraft and nuclear industries. The fonts are rounded with a continuous line, helping to provide a low stress impression. Premature cracking is avoided by eliminating the stress concentration at the bottom of the indentation. Manufactured from chromium tool steel.
