POLIROLL®-Werkzeuge bestehen aus spiralförmig aufgewickeltem Schleifmittel
auf Unterlage. Das Schleifkorn ist in die Kunstharzbeschichtung auf dem zugfesten Gewebeträger eingebettet, wodurch höchste Schleifleistung ermöglicht wird. Die Selbstspannung durch einen gerillten konischen Werkzeughalter ermöglicht den sicheren Sitz der Schleifrollen während des Einsatzes. Stets mit der Spitze und nicht mit der Fläche schleifen, da sonst die Verklebung durch Hitzeeinwirkung geschädigt wird. Die Schleifrollen stets mit der geklebten
Seite auf den Werkzeughalter aufsetzen.
Korund POLIROLL®-Schleifrollen sind bestens für die Bearbeitung schwer zugänglicher Stellen geeignet.
