Description
RENOCLEAN 269 is a low viscosity straw coloured fluid designed for use, when diluted with water, as a cost effective general cleaner and degreaser for multimetal components, and as a barrelling fluid in certain applications.
Low foaming potential
Mineral oil, boron, phosphate and nitrite free
Protects against rust
Does not emulsify oils and greases - allows them to
be removed by skimming from surface, helping to extend the fluid life
Application
For cleaning applications, it is designed for use at temperatures above 55oC, it is very low foaming and inhibits rusting of ferrous components.
This product is nitrite and phosphate free.
The product is formulated for use at 3-5%.
Renoclean MS 215 NF
Description
RENOCLEAN MS 215 NF is a synthetic cleaner with antirust protection additives, specially formulated to work in very high pressure cleaning machines.
Surface tension and high surfactant level provide optimal degreasing and detergent action on metals during the transformation operations
Contains tensioactive substances to ensure excellent demulsifying properties, low foam tendency (even in case of low temperatures and high pressures) and long service life
Free from salts and mineral oil, thus avoiding organic and inorganic residues on the surfaces
Has passivating properties, ensuring good protection against corrosion (depending on the characteristics of the water used)
Low alkalinity, which is of particular interest if steel, aluminium and copper alloys are to be degreased Application
General degreasing by spraying at any temperature in machining and heat treatment operations. RENOCLEAN MS 215 NF is suitable both for intermediate and final degreasing in machining operations ( with neat or soluble oils as well as pasty compounds) in order to eliminate oil, chips and metal particles.
High performance tool and die lubrication is complex, and the selection of the best lubricant for a given application is critical.
