VoltStick EX230 Atex Approved Non Contact Voltage Tester
The IECEX & ATEX-Approved version of the Volt Stick 230.
The original and still the best, Volt Stick is an instant tester for
safely checking the presence of an AC voltage, without making any disconnections in cables, wall sockets, fuses, circuit breakers, junction boxes, etc. No current flow is needed for correct operation.
The red indicator in the tip will illuminate on detection of AC voltage simply by applying the tip close to any connection point, or moving it along any insulated cable.
All Volt Stick models are fully approved to IEC 61010-1, CAT111 1000v AC and CE.

Sagab by Elma Magnet Sticks are from the Original VoltStick range of Non Contact Testers, renowned for their reliability and quality. The Magnet Stick is used to detect the presence of a Magnetic Field without having to make any metallic contact with any parts. The Magnet Stick can be used as a diagnostics tool in many Hydraulic applications and there is an Atex Certified version for use in Hazardous Areas.
This ATEX-Approved version of the Magnet Stick is for use in hazardous areas
such as chemical plants, oil refineries, offshore rigs and explosive enviroments. The Magnet Stick EX provides safe and simple checking for the presence of magnetism. Upon testing and without metallic contact, the lamp lights immediately where there is a magnetic field (e.g. an activated coil in a solenoid valve). Equipment can be tested without having to switch it off and magnetic coils can often be tested through their protective cover, saving hours of dismantling time. The Magnet Stick EX responds to all kinds of magnetic fields from alternating or direct current, to permanent magnets. A powerful red light in the tip indicates presence of a magnetic field.

The VSPU1 has been specifically developed to provide confident functionality testing of the Volt Stick 230v product range (Volt Stick 230Y, 230B, SOUND and LV50 models). This self-powered Proving Unit internally generates a 220 ~ 240v electrical field when the tip of a Volt Stick is inserted into the Unit’s test portal. Where regular checking of test instrument functionality is a requirement (such as Health & Safety regulations, tools & equipment management, etc), or simply for user confidence; the Volt Stick Proving Unit is a simple, effective, built-for-purpose solution.
