Metric slotted stainless steel shim
Slotted shim is the best way to solve alignment and leveling problems on motors, pumps, generators & other plant machinery. Its’ available in 3 sizes to cover most applications.
Slotted shim is economical, it reduces labour costs by eliminating hand cutting, prevents material waste and reduces downtime by eliminating shim preparation. Safety tabs make the shim placement easier and safer, the tabs eliminate the need to place hands under machinery during installation or removal of shims and the hole in the tab makes removal even easier to.
Machine key bars
Specially proceed steel bars of the type used to make machine keys. Each bar is zinc plated. Tolerance 0.000 to +0.002 oversize in both directions. Each bar is clearly size marked. Supplied in 12in lengths.
Engineered for quality the shim thickness tolerances meet industry standards and the Imperial shims conform to standard bolt and stud sizes.
