Double lap flaring tools
A vice mounting tool for producing convex and double lap flares accurately to SAE (British) and DIN standards on hydraulic brake and clutch pipes. The punch turret rotates to size required, and lever cam operation allows rapid flaring. Automatic punch extraction and screw clamp for accurate die alignment. Replacement punches and dies available.

It creates SAE & DIN single and double flares (3/16”” and 4.75mm pipe). Flaring pipes “on-the-vehicle” allows for accurate repair sections to be splice-in following repair work or accident damage. Create full, or part sections of pipe, which can be trimmed, flared, splice-in as required.
Features include Quick-release chuck for positive engagement of the punch. Fast-turn coarse thread on hydraulic ram, for quick assembly. Vacuum brake bleeder
A new stand alone Brake Bleeder that uses vacuum to “suck” the fluid out from the bleed nipple The vacuum system allows the unit to be used to suck fluid from the master cylinder via the filler unit, this results in faster fluid changes as not all of the fluid needs to be bled via a nipple. No need for pressure tight seals on diffficult to access master cylinder reserviors. Uses standard work shop compressed air supply (70-170psi).
