• Suitable for use as a light/medium cutting and
grinding fluid
• High dilution- Low in sump cost
• Forms a translucent green micro emulsion when
mixed with water which provides a clear view of the
workplace
• Low foaming
• Recommended dilution between 40:1 and 60:1 for
cutting, 50:1 and 70:1 in water for grinding
Ecocut SD12
A low viscosity oil containing active sulphur and lubricity improvers to enhance tool life and component surface finish.
ECOCUT SD-12 has outstanding flushing and lubrication characteristics which ensure good guide pad lubrication. The low viscosity gives excellent cooling and flushing properties, it also allows for rapid de-foam and ease of filtration.

Formulated with premium quality mineral base oils, compounded with polar additives to produce an effective product for use with both ferrous and non- ferrous materials.
The absence of active sulphur in the oil enables a useful degree of standardisation, and the types of additives employed make it particularly suited for use with aluminium.
