ECOCOOL MB is a superior water-soluble, oil based cutting fluid designed for general purpose machining on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It provides a high degree of machine tool lubrication and is suitable for a wide range of machining applications. ECOCOOL MB has a low unit cost and is easily disposed of using
conventional techniques.
ECOCOOL MB is specially designed for use at higher temperatures and is particularly suitable for heavier general purpose machining operations such as
surface and cylindrical grinding, rolling and general heavy machining.
ECOCOOL MB has been specially formulated for use in both hard and soft water areas.
Application
For general milling, drilling, turning, machining, rolling and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Ecocool SGI Plus
ECOCOOL SGI PLUS has been specially developed for use in modern CNC machines and grinding applications where, increasingly, foaming problems are encountered.
It is formulated primarily for use machining and grinding on a wide variety of ferrous
and non-ferrous materials in soft water areas with water hardness up to approximately 300ppm as CaCO3, and has additional detergency additives to maintain a clean, clear machining fluid.
ECOCOOL SGI PLUS demonstrates excellent antifoam characteristics whilst its exceptional sump life and tramp oil rejection capabilities provide for extremely long sump life in use.
ECOCOOL SGI PLUS maintains exceptional machine tool cleanliness, even when machining SG and other reactive irons.
Application
General machining and grinding operations on all ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The enhanced corrosion protection makes and exceptional long emulsion life makes ECOCOOL SGI PLUS particularly suited to Cast Iron.
