Ecocool CGF ND
Specially formulated for use with ferrous metals, steel and nickel chromium steels, ECOCOOL CGF ND is a water soluble, synthetic grinding fluid.
Sodium nitrite free and contains alternative corrosion inhibitors which provide improved corrosion protection over other synthetic grinding fluid.
In addition, and in line with current trends in certain European markets, ECOCOOL CGF ND does not contain diethanolamine in its formulation.
ECOCOOL CGF ND has an in-built ability to reject contaminants such as lubricating oil and is particularly good at allowing the rapid settlement of metallic fines and wheel debris whilst promoting resistance to wheel glazing.
Cost effectiveness is afforded by the fluid’s low foaming characteristics which helps promote an exceptionally long working life.
ECOCOOL CGF ND displays excellent cooling, wetting and flushing characteristics, essential to most grinding operations.
Application Include Surface grinding, centreless grinding, cylindrical grinding.

Carbide Grinding Fluid
ECOCOOL S-CO5 is a mineral oil-free, water-miscible cutting fluid which forms a clear solution when mixed with water
ECOCOOL S-CO5 provides good corrosion protection, creates little foam, leaves no sticky
residues and has good wetting and flushing properties
ECOCOOL S-CO5 is, of course, free of nitrite, chlorine and zinc
ECOCOOL S-CO5 is free of secondary alkanolamines/ amides and thus conforms to German TRGS 611 Specially developed to combat cobalt solubility when grinding carbides
