Economy in use is provided by the special tips manufactured from durable, hard wearing engineering plastics with self-healing properties if gashed.
Outlast conventional copper, hide, plastics etc
by between 10 and 50 times. Physical, chemical
and thermal properties out perform other soft face materials, and are resistant to most industrial oils and chemicals. Additionally they will not mushroom or
chip causing expensive damage to machinery. Nine scientifically spaced degrees of hardness are available in each diameter. These are fully replaceable and interchangeable between the same diameter holder. Durable metal screw fitting ensures each holder will last many tip lifetimes providing great economy in labour and materials.
Zinc or aluminium heads with epoxy bonded fibreglass shaft and non-slip grip. Shafts outlast conventional wooden types many times and together with the
secure epoxy bond ensure maximum safety in use. Tips supplied separately. Weight shown is when fitted with tips.
