PROTAPE® PUR 327 MEMORY
Abrasion resistant and microbe/ hydrolysis resistant suction and transport hose; Crush resistant. Applications: airport, airplane, rail vehicles, train, trains, railways, boats, ships/ vessels, yachts/ yachtings: toilet discharging/ disposal; wood dust extraction (DIN4102-B1): wood dust, wood chips, furniture production, saw mills; wood dust extraction (DIN4102-B1): vertical panel saws, saws, woodworking machinery, edge processing machines, parquet flooring grinding machines; municipal vehicles: sweepers, small street sweeping machines, large street sweeping machines; municipal vehicles: lawn mowers, mowing machines, slope mowers, leaf blowers/ leaf collectors.
Properties: crush resistant, medium-heavy model, highly flexible, highly abrasion-proof (abrasion resistance about 2.5 to 5 times better than most
rubber materials and about 3 to 4 times better than most soft PVC ś ), optimized flow properties, high tensile strength and tear resistant, polyurethane complies with: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010, EC guideline 2002/72/EC incl. the amendment 2008/39/EC and 975/2009, German guideline XXXIX BfR polyurethane, microbe and hydrolysis resistant, good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals, good resistance to UV and ozone, very good low temperature flexibility (better than comparable ester-polyurethanes), small bending radiuses, kink-proof, free of softener and halogen, gas and liquid tight, conform to RoHS guideline. Temperature Range: -40°C to 90°C; short time to 125°C. Delivery variants: further diameters and lengths available on request, transparent + partially black coloured (standard), special colours: partially coloured, completely coloured, customer-specific product marking, grounding wire.

Properties: crush resistant, highly flexible, smooth interior and exterior, fabric reinforced, cadmium free, good resistance to alkalis and acids, good resistance to chemicals, good resistance to UV and ozone, small bending radiuses, gas and liquid tight, pressure resistant, conform to RoHS guideline.
