This product is a heavy duty tapping and threading fluid for use where conditions of extreme pressure, frictional heat, scuffing, galling and seizure may be experienced in hand tool and limited run operations.
Any surplus lubricant will readily emulsify with any FUCHS machining fluid emulsion and will not cause tramp oil or spoil the coolant.
LIQUID 1000 will give extended tool life, improve surface finish, remove heat and prevent localised welding.
