• Compressed air is costly - 7% extra for every 1 bar not needed. Don’t let anyone tamper with your pressure settings: fit a lockshroud or tamperproof cap.
• Oil carry over can damage the process causing loss of production and cleaning up the system can be expensive. For “oil free” installations use coalescing filters and change the element annually.
• Exhaust air can be noisy and dangerous to ears. Always fit a silencer.
• Air preparation units not fixed with brackets can move and cause leaks, wasting costly air. Always fit a mounting bracket.
• Lubricators extend system’s life up to 4 times, saving you money.
