Suction and blast hose for the food and pharmaceutical industries (FDA); TEFLON® + stainless steel, super-light, highly flexible + compressible 4:1. Applications: food industry, pharmaceutical industry (FDA, EU guideline): foodstuff, pharmaceutical; foodstuff conveying of: dry, aqueous and acid food (rice, cereals, sugar, milk powder, powders, coffee, tea, flour, frozen foods), alcohol < 20 %, fatty foodstuff, milk products, dry foodstuff with fatty substances at its surface; food industry, pharmaceutical industry: mixer, dryer, packaging machines, bulk-bag (big bag)- charging and discharging, mills; extraction arms; chemical industry: extraction of chemical vapours, vapour return hose at loading arms, paint steam extraction, spray mist extraction; paper mills, paper and pulp industry: waste water, extraction air. Properties: very good heat resistance , highly flexible + compressible 4:1, abrasion protection via external Clamp profile, firm clamping of the wall in Clamp profile, inside layer food quality complies with: EU Directive 2002/72/EC (formerly 90/128/EEC), odourless and tasteless, anti-adhesive, good resistance to alkalis and acids, extremely good resistance to chemicals, good resistance to UV and ozone, small bending radiuses, kink-proof, light weight, conform to RoHS guideline. Temperature Range: -150°C to 250°C; short time to 270°C. Applications: chemical industry: extraction of chemical vapours, vapour return hose at loading arms, paint steam extraction, spray mist extraction, extraction or conveying in explosion hazard areas, electrostatic discharging/ antistatic/ electrically conductive hoses, bellows, compensators
Properties: according to German TRBS 2153 electrically conductive wall: Electrical and surface resistance < 104 Ω, recommended for transporting inflammable bulk materials, very good heat resistance, highly flexible + compressible 4:1, abrasion protection via external Clamp profile, firm clamping of the wall in Clamp profile, good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals, good resistance to alkalis and acids, good resistance to UV and ozone, small bending radiuses, kink-proof, light weight, conform to RoHS guideline. Temperature Range: -20°C to 210°C.
