Abrasion resistant and antistatic suction and transport hose; PUR < 109 Ω, super-heavy, smooth interior, vaccum-proof. Applications: plastic industry, conveying of granulates and powders: granulate conveying devices, vacuum conveyors, suction conveyors, dosing systems, bulk-bag (big bag)-charging and discharging, shredders, mills, extruders, injection moulding machines; suction vehicles: roof gravelling, roof gravel conveying; suction vehicles, dry suction trucks: industrial cleaning, furnance cleaning; suction excavators; extraction or conveying in explosion hazard areas, electrostatic discharging hoses, antistatic hoses, electrically conductive hoses; agricultural industry: pneumatic grain conveyer; construction industry, concrete pumps: outlet hose, discharge hose; construction industry: rock drills, rock drilling machines; raw material conveying hose for powders, granulates, sand, quartz, gravel, shards and chips/ shavings; compressors, side channel blowers, vacuum pumps, pressure pumps, pumps; paper mills, paper and pulp industry, packaging machines: edge strip suctioning system/ edge trim exhaust systems; shot blasting/ sand blasting return e.g.

Properties: according to TRBS 2153: permanently conductive wall due to non-migrating permanent antistatic agent: Electrical and surface resistance < 109 Ω, recommended for transporting inflammable bulk materials, super-heavy model, extremely abrasion-proof with reinforcement underneath wire and narrow hose pitch (abrasion resistance about 2.5 to 5 times better than most rubber materials and about 3 to 4 times better than
most soft PVC´s), smooth interior, optimized flow properties, flexible with low weight, very high pressure, vacuum and compression resistance, high axial strength, high tensile strength and tear resistant, good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals, good resistance to UV and ozone, small bending radiuses, kink-proof, free of softener and halogen, gas and liquid tight, conform to RoHS guideline. Temperature Range: -40°C to 90°C; short time to 125°C. Delivery variants: further diameters and lengths available on request, transparent (standard), special colours: full coloured, customer-specific product marking, wall: “bioplastic“ derived from renewable raw materials, on request with additional inliner reinforcement, as a pre-assembled hose system with CONNECT connectors, customised connectors

High-temperature suction and blast hose; Medium-heavy, smooth interior, HT-PUR up to 150°C. Applications: film blowing machines, cooling air at the extrusion tool; printing machines, air supply: air supply cabinets, offset printing machines; textile industry, steam soaking: steam irons, industrial ironing machines, smoothing irons; compressors, side channel blowers, vacuum pumps, pressure pumps, pumps.
Properties: very good heat resistance (better than comparable TPE and Neoprene), medium-heavy model, highly abrasion-proof (abrasion resistance about 2.5 to 5 times better than most rubber materials and about 3 to 4 times better than most soft PVC´s), smooth interior, optimized flow properties, flexible, high tensile strength and tear resistant, good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals, good resistance to UV and ozone, small bending radiuses, kink-proof, free of softener and halogen, gas and liquid tight, conform to RoHS guideline, according to German TRBS 2153 (formerly BGR 132): capable of electro-static discharge by grounding the spiral, recommended for many applications with the exception of inflammable bulk materials. Temperature Range: -40°C to 125°C; short time to 150°C.
