Cleanable de-dusting systems must be equipped with filter controls, which initiate any necessary cleaning signals. This cleaning signal can be triggered by a timer or a differential pressure. Timer or differential pressure filter controls are available, depending on the requirements. Differential pressure filter controls reduce operating costs to a minimum. The MFS 05 and MFS 05 dp filter controls are suitable for use in ATEX zone 22.

MAHLE Industrial Filtration offers a complete range of filter housings to accommodate filter cartridges, filter bags, and lenticular modules. The housings are sized from a single element to multi element and in a variety of materials to suit a wide variety of applications. They are manufactured to various industry standards depending on the application.
Our filter housings are suitable for various applications:
Various food and beverage applications, (petro)chemicals, water treatment, high pressure filtration, condensate, oils and resins, general industrial application.

Filter bags
For a wide number of applications filter bags are easy to use and economical choice. They are excellent for use in various liquid filtration steps:
• liquids containing higher concentrations of coarse solids
• batch filtration of (various) liquids
• final filtration or polishing of liquids with extremely low concentrations of solids
amaFlow filter bags are available in needled felt types as well as in woven mesh types to suit your requirements. Different filter bag configurations are available in a wide range of materials, surface treatment, seams, seals, and handles. These filter bags seal with either a snap-collar seal comprising of either carbon steel, stainless steel or polypropylene. Also with a plastic seal ring in polypropylene. They comply with FDA & EU requirements for food & beverages and are also silicone free. The standard amaFlow filter bags have sizes to fit into MAHLE Industrial Filtration’s baskets and housings, but
will also fit into most other housings. Special bags are available, for example for high efficiency filtration or treatment of liquids.

MAHLE Industrial Filtration offers a wide range of filter cartridges from depth to pleated and special cartridges. Micron ratings ranging from 250 μm nominal to 0.05 absolute, our filter cartridges offer the solution for every step of the process. Custom or standard our filter cartridges are designed and manufactured to the highest quality.
