3101 - Male Stud Fittings, Hexagonal, BSPP and Metric Thread
Description:
• Invented and launched by Legris in 1969, the LF 3000 system
has been adopted extensively throughout the world and has been designed using a simple and widely proven operating principle which allows instant fitting.
Material:
• Glass-reinforced polyamide body, stainless steel gripping ring,
NBR D-Ring, release button, nickel-plated brass sub-base, sealing O-Ring on BSPP threads and pre-coating on BSPT threads.
Recommended fluids:
• Compressed air.
• LF 3000 fittings can also be used for conveying various types of
liquids (water, cutting oil, etc.) for industrial applications.
• The operating pressure and temperatures depend on the fluid
conveyed and O-Ring used. Operating pressure:
• 20 bar maximum (maximum circuit pressure depends equally on the type and diameter of tubing used).
Operating temperature:
• From -20°C to +80°C. Suitability depends equally on the type
and OD of the tube used.
Applications:
• Used to connect pneumatic devices in many industrial
applications such as assembly machines, packaging equipment, factory automation, automotive process industry, textile machinery, printing machinery, vacuum networks, etc.
Advantages:
• Instant connection and disconnection, full fl ow, compactness,
orientable body.
Benefits:
• Time-saving and simplicity of installation, immediate sealing,
