Standard Roller Chain
Tsubaki Match & Tag Service
High Accuracy, Narrow Tolerance Service
For Tsubaki, quality is second nature- and so for customers with specific application requirements, we are able to supply chains with a specific length tolerance, or even pairs & multiple chains length matched and tagged in the same way for easy identification and installation. This is as a result of the sophisticated chain length measurement equipment (the “Matchy”) kept in house within the European headquarters with supply times for such chains kept to a minimum-ideal for distributors, final consumers and OEM customers alike.
Tolerances
When chains have to run in parallel for conveying purposes in for instance packaging machines or when a minimum of difference in chain length is required in lifting applications (accumulator towers in the steel and carpet industry) Tsubaki excels in quality performance. We can guarantee a maximum chain length difference of 0.50 mm independent of the total chain length demanded by our customers.

Tsubaki Attachment Chain
Small Pitch Attachment Chain Provides High-Speed, Precision Conveying
Throughout industry, for many applications such as automated manufacturing, assembly, production, inspection and packaging lines, there is a need for precision conveying of products and components. To meet modern requirements for accuracy, high speed and smooth motion, Tsubaki offers a wide range of small pitch conveyor chains, flexible attachment options, and application advantages plus the capability to customise standard products to meet specific application requirements.
Tsubaki’s small pitch attachment chain product range includes single pitch, starting from as small as RS25 (6.35mm), and double pitch chain. Double pitch chains with flat link plates are ideal for applications where the conveying distance is relatively long or the speed is low.
Highly functional options such as lube-free chain, corrosion protected & resistant chain, lightweight options using plastic rollers, and high precision chain for critical indexing and conveying tasks are all available. Some material options such as stainless steel allow use in high or low temperature environments.
Chain options are combined with the industry’s largest range of attachments to provide conveying solutions to meet the specific needs of any sector; transporting small products and components.
Small pitch attachment chain offers some specific advantages for conveying smaller products where accuracy and smoothness of motion are essential. The small pitch means more compact design capability, and being generally light weight the chain inertia is reduced helping keep motor size & energy costs down. A number of chains are ideally suited to higher-speed conveyors.

Tsubaki Special Lubrication Service
Tsubaki Special Lubrication Service offers extra protection for most environments
When specifying attachment chain different operating environments lead to different lubrication requirements. High temperatures or running speeds can cause a chain to fail early while some applications may have strict hygiene ratings which must be met. Fortunately Tsubaki has launched a new Special Lubrication Service
which gives customers a choice of specially developed lubricants to adapt their purchases to most environments.
Tsubaki can offer a choice of five specially prepared lubricants which offer unique benefits to help chain last longer in harsh or specialised environments:
TS-Lube 1: Rust Protection - Offers protection from corrosion for a longer wear life (Temp. -10˚C to +60˚C) TS-Lube 2: High Viscosity - High wear protection for longer intervals between lubrication (Temp. -10˚C to +60˚C) TS-Lube 3: High Speed - Lubrication for high-speed applications (Temp. -10˚C to +120˚C)
TS-Lube 4: High Temperature - Low evaporation ratio means wear protection in high-temperature environments (Temp. 0˚C to +250˚C)
TS-Lube 5: Food Grade - Meets NSF-H1 requirements for contact with food (Temp. -10˚C to +120˚C)
